I'm excited that you've landed here at Hone Leadership. My adventure spanning 25 years in tech and business leadership has been quite a journey—filled with incredible learning and growth, rapid changes, and yes, the unique challenges women face in this space.

My path took a turn from constantly chasing career milestones to pursuing my true passion, which was something much deeper- helping people grow and develop. That's how Hone Leadership came to life. The seed was actually planted over two decades back when I launched an organization to empower women in tech and business. Over the years, building mentoring programs in various companies continued to show me the powerful impact that guidance and support has on careers.
 
But you know what fuels my fire these days? It's seeing my clients conquer their challenges, make those pivotal changes they've been eyeing, and ultimately hit their goals. I’m inspired by my clients every day, and nothing makes me happier than helping them navigate their path to success.
